Nutri-Ox Starter for Color Treated Hair Kit Review

 

When I was still relaxing my hair, I wasn't doing it properly and that caused my hair to fall out in clumps!  I didn't know I had to use the shampoo that was in the relaxer kit to deactivate the relaxer cream in my hair once my hair was straighten. 

 

I felt like crying seeing clumps of my hair going down my shower drain!  My hair was now see-through in some parts of my scalp.

The next day I went to Sally's to see if they had a product that will help my hair to regrow back.  I came across a product called Nutri-Ox Starter for Color Treated Hair Kit, a generic brand of Nioxin which is also a brand that helps people hair grow.

I ask an Sally's employee about Nutri-Ox Starter for Color Treated Hair Kit and she told me that it is very good to use and will help regrow my hair fast!  Also she said a lot people come in and buy the kits.  So from hearing that, I purchased the kit.

When I went home, I washed my hair with the shampoo and conditioner that was in the kit.  Once that was done, I towel dried my hair and added the treatment that is also in the kit.  I noticed the treatment left my scalp a bit red and also had a cooling sensation.  I guess that meant the products are working.

I used the hair kit each week during my wash days and I started noticing my hair feeling fuller and bald spots started filling in a bit.  I was please with the success of my hair growth that I'd stopped using it and started using my regular hair wash products and the unthinkable happened....MY HAIR STARTED FALLING OUT AGAIN BUT WORST!!!!

What Sally's failed to tell me is that once you start using this product, you must keep using it forever or your hair will fall out worst!  This hair kit is just like Rogaine, you must always use it and cannot stop!

Shame on Sally's for not telling me this!  But a good thing came out of this situation, I'd decided to become natural and my hair now is much more fuller, healthier, and my hair grew back.  Unfortunately, due to the relaxer or the hair kit, I still have some bald spots since my hair follicle is dead at the root of my scalp.

Is Nutri-Ox Starter for Color Treated Hair Kit Worth a Try?

If you're planning on using this product for the rest of your life then go for it, if not, stay far, far, away from this!!!!!!!  Word of Advice:  If you want to grow your hair, eat healthy, exercise, take your vitamins, and drink lots of water.
