I received these lip tints free in exchange for my review. All opinions are my own.
Goodness, it has been really cold in Atlanta lately, so cold
that it has been doing some damage to my skin and lips.
My skin is extra ashy and my lips are peeling
terribly!
I’ve been putting on mountains
of lotions and lip balm to keep my skin and lips moisturized.
A lot of my skincare and beauty products has harsh
ingredients in it and I know that could be contributing to my skin and lips
problems.
During the holidays, I had a chance to try out Mineral
Fusion Sheer Moisture Lip tints (Holiday Edition), a healthy and natural lip tints. I’m really not a fan of lipsticks because it
dries out my lips so I’m more of a lip gloss girl. When I think of lip tints, I think of lip
stains that stains the lips with a hint of color so I was expecting these lip
tints to be like that.

My Review
These lip tints comes in a pencil form that you can roll up
if you need to apply more so it was very easy applying to my lips. The lip tints glides on with easy application
and you can build on the color to your liking.
My lips felt so nourished, moisturized, with great shine but
there was some things I was disappointed about.
I like boldness when it comes to lip color products and these lip tints
were not bold enough for me, even when I built on the color to my lips.
Also, the lip tints did not have stay-on
power.
The minute I would eat or drink
the lip tint would come completely off which means I would have to reapply throughout
the day.
Is Mineral Fusion Lip Tints Worth a Try?
I would say sort of.
I don’t like the fact I have to reapply throughout the day, but I do like
that it is made with natural ingredients.
Have you ever used lip tints before? If so, what are your thoughts about them?
I was given one of these a few months ago in a dark wine color that was much too bold for me. Really like the natural look of the three you have on. Maybe it's just all about the color choice. Where Mineral Fusion excels in the color payoff category is their nail polish. Silky rich, bold colors that last. Bid fan of their products. (And Whole Foods makes the whole line 40% off a couple times a year!)
ReplyDeleteI really want to try their nail polish. I have a Whole Foods close to my job so I'll need to stop by there and I hope they're having a sale.
DeleteGive this brand a try Susie. I think you will like it. I want to try out their other skincare products as well.
ReplyDeleteI'm such a lipstick AND lip-gloss girl. I love them both the same. Cute colors on you! Sounds like these would be perfect for those who really don't like lipstick much.
ReplyDeleteI'm really a fan of lip color that applies like a crayon, so I would probably be interested in checking these out.... especially the "Glisten" shade for me.
ReplyDeleteI love all those tints and it's the same in Delaware - COLD. There's nothing worse than having dry chapped lips in the winter.
ReplyDeleteI like those colors, they look really nice on you. I will have to look out for them, I like lip color that is more of a light tint. #Productreviewparty
