Hey Yall! I hope you're having a great week so far!
JCPenney contacted me to take on a challenge to spruce up for Spring with their buy 1 get 1 for a penny deal. I was offered to do this challenge before I found out that I'll be moving soon because my landlord has to sell the house we're in. Due to this, I now have to scale back on my purchases and start getting rid of things I won't need for my new place.
But even though I'm moving, there are some home goods I'll be needing now and for my new place, and JCPenney will be my go-to store for my needs thanks to their buy 1 get 1 for a penny deals. I remember when they used to have this deal years ago, and I would stack up and save a ton of money. Happy that this deal came back!
Hmm...what do I need for spring in my home? I'm going to need my trusty sidekicks, Lauren, and Michelle to help with my search.
From April 14-17, JCPenney had their BOGO deal on their bath towels and pillows. I've already purchased new pillows from them a few months back, so I decided to pick out some towels. My girls were in need of new towels for their bathroom, and they picked out two pink bath towels, along with two matching face towels to go with their current color scheme of their bathroom.
Here is the run down of my total:
Bath Towels- $12 (Purchased 2 with one of them being a penny)
Hand Towels- $8 (Purchased 2 with one of them being a penny)
My total came up to $19.98, but wait; I have a coupon! When spending $10, I'll get $10 off!
My grand total for the two bath towels and two hand towels is $10.62! Woo Hoo! I made out good! That's a steal! That's like almost a $30 savings! I excelled this challenge!

DeleteWhat a great steal!!! Lord knows we're in desperate need of towels. I love JCPenneys home goods and the boys love the Levi's jeans and t-shirt assortments. Do you have the JCPenneys app on your phone?
