Hey Yall! Today, I wanted to share how I get my hair done in less than five minutes in the mornings. With school soon to be back in session my life will be pretty hectic and schedule very structured, so no time to be fooling around with my hair to try and get the perfect look.
As you all know, I get my hair done every few months at the JCPenney salon for a trim, as well as get my hair done in a straight style. But in between salon visits, I like to wear my hair in a twist-out style to help prevent my hair from getting damaged from heating tools.
The night before I go to bed, I lightly wet my hair with a water spray bottle, section my hair, then twist it up. Also, I wrap my hair with a silk scarf to help keep my twists in place and keep my hair moisturized.
In the mornings, I unravel my hair. Next, for added volume, I use Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast. It helps give my fine textured hair a more voluminous look without the crunchiness and stiffness.
After spraying on the weightless Living proof spray, I get my hair pick to lift up my roots, giving my hair more height and body.
You see, done in less than 5 minutes, now I'm ready to tackle the day.
Living proof styling/finishing spray is a must-have that needs to be added to your hair regimen. The spray works instantly, with constant volume and texture that lasts all day long. Don't know one has time with hair looking flat! I can't stand sprays that only work for a few hours; then it seems like gravity gets a hold of my hair.
You can find this spray and all your other hair and beauty needs inside your local Sephora inside JCPenney. That's my go-to shop! Frankly, JCPenney is my favorite place to shop for all my family needs. With on-trend items and low prices, I get so much for my money.
Next, I'll be at JCPenney for Back to School clothes shopping for both my girls. We'll be racing around the store scoring the best deals, all the while my hair looking too cute staying in place!

Lou you make this seem so simple. I have tried to do the twist out style a couple of times and it never turns out exactly like I expect. The one time I only got semi close to achieving the look I wanted was when I had someone else twist my hair after a hot oil treatment and left the twists in for close to 24 hours before untwisting. I need to see a tutorial video or something from you cause your's be coming out perfect.
ReplyDeleteI think it's years of doing twist outs it comes out looking good. Keep trying girl, and find the right products that works for you.
