Hey Yall! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Are you ready for the solar eclipse happening today? My girls will be watching it at school, and I'll catch the highlights of it on tv since I don't have the proper viewing glasses.
Last Monday, again I was invited to Ronald McDonald House Charities for their tasting event to try the New Crispy Buttermilk Tenders & other new items.
Plus, I did another tour around the facility checking out the Ronald McDonald House. I share more about the house located in Dunwoody here.

I rarely eat McDonald's, probably eat their food about three times a year and that's when I go on road trips during our pit stops.
What's new on McDonald's menu is The Buttermilk Crispy Tenders which are made with 100 percent white meat chicken with no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives and MSG. They come in portions of 4, 6, and 12 shareable pieces. The tenders can be enjoyed in several different dipping sauces, Sriracha Mac dipping sauce, Tangy BBQ, Sweet ‘n Sour, Ranch, Hot Mustard, Habanero Ranch, and Honey.
Sorry, I can't tell you if these tenders are good or not because I didn't try them, just not a fan of eating chicken strips. The girls were at school during the time of this event, so I was there riding solo. But when I picked up Michelle from school we stopped by our local McDonald's, and I had her try it, and she said the tenders were just okay.
I tried the new Signature Sriracha Burger and added some of the new sriracha dipping sauce to it and boy did it give my taste buds a kick of spiciness. I can tell these premium burgers are better quality meat than the regular burgers that have been on the menu for years. It looks like McDonald's have stepped it up when it comes better tasting, quality food they serve.
Still, my visit to McDonald's will be a few times a year, just that I try to limit my fast food intake. Plus, I need to keep an eye on my girlish figure. LOL!
I love the Ronald McDonald House Charities; they get my full support. They've been providing families of ill children in the hospital a warm and clean place to stay for years. I've had many people come to me sharing their stories about the Ronald McDonald House on how they helped their family during a stressful time when their child was in the hospital, and they provided them housing. One less thing for them to worry about.
Such an amazing place with caring staff, helping those in need. Please take the time to volunteer, or donate to this fabulous charity.
I feel you. I try not to eat MC D's much myself. I've wondered about those burgers though.
