Hey Yall! I hope you're having a good week so far. Mine has been busy with events and attending my very first HOA meeting.
With my neighborhood completely sold out now, the builder handed over the HOA responsibilities to my community. So, we had to vote for new leaders and give our suggestions about what is needed to be done to keep our neighborhood looking up to par.
Surviving the first week of school, the girls and I had some bonding time together again this past Saturday at the good2grow event located inside LIFE TIME Fitness in Alpharetta.
The back 2 school event was all about having fun, learning about fitness and healthy hydration for the little ones. There were raffles with prizes, rock wall climbing, face painting, games, a bounce house, obstacle course, and more exciting things to do.
On hand, there was a registered dietitian on site who shared healthy eating and hydration tips.
good2grow drinks is a better-for-you kids' beverage juicy water brand that is based here in Atlanta. They recently partnered with LIFE TIME Fitness this summer for a pilot program with sampling at their Kids Camps, and for their back-to-school event.
About good2grow:
good2grow serves up nutrition with simple ingredients, no sugar added and nothing artificial. It's NON-GMO, and BPA Free. The license spill-proof character tops make drinking these juicy waters fun for the kids and no worries for parents.
Before attending this event, the girls use to drink good2grow all the time just because they wanted to collect their favorite characters and reuse the tops, which by the way, the tops are dishwasher safe and reusable.
Before, I would only see these drinks sold individually. I'm glad they now come in a package set. Now, I can start repurchasing these to place these tasty drinks in my girls' lunch boxes.
By the way, the taste of these juice water drinks has a mild flavor, not as sweet as regular juice. I guess you can say it taste like a watered down juice drink.
At the event, kids were all over the place enjoying their good2grow drinks and doing the different activities. Since the girls are older and a lot of the activities were more for the younger crowd, they did rock wall climbing. Well, Michelle did. Lauren didn't bring socks or tennis shoes, so she had to sit out.
After the event, we did a walk-through of LIFE TIME Fitness and boy is this place massive! From spas, water parks, fitness classes, we even saw a kids club. If you're looking for a premier health club that you can take your kids with you, LIFE TIME Fitness is the place to be.

This sounds like a great event. Rock climbing looks fun too. My boys love drinking this juice as well because of the characters. However, I've also only seen them as singles so I'll have to look for the packs.
ReplyDeleteHow brave is your little one for climbing that wall! I'd like to try that one day myself.
