My Look: Floral Dress Resort Look from Sophie and Trey

Hey Yall!  Did you see the adorable dress I was wearing during my trip to Orlando over the weekend?


I got my Floral Print Puff Sleeve Black Dress from Sophie and Trey, an online trendy clothing boutique for women.  They've been successfully delivering fashionable yet affordable cute women clothes since 2009.



They contacted me to check out their website of their must-have dresses and choose one that I like to try on and review.


Browsing through Sophie and Trey dress collection, with casual, evening, and bridal wear looks, I can tell this company is based in Florida.  Their clothing looks like something I would wear while vacationing in the sunshine state.  I would even wear their clothes as my everyday wear as well during the spring and summer months.

It was hard to choose which outfit I liked the best, they all pretty much fit my style, but the Floral Print Puff Sleeve Black Dress was calling me to pick her.  I have a thing for floral prints, something about it brighten up my look after wearing dark colors all winter.


This stunning dress is like a transition from winter to spring.


Also, while browsing through the site, I noticed the models are slender built, and I'm a curvy girl, so I was a bit nervous the dress may fit me tightly, looking ill-fitting.

My dress arrived within a couple of days, neatly packaged.  I took out the dress and loved the cotton material which was not too thick, comfortable, and works well for mild sunny days.  The silhouette is perfectly tailored to my body frame and compliments me.  The bold floral prints loudly stand out making it the focal point of the dress.


The bell sleeve gives the dress that wow factor, giving off a beach resort look, worked well while I was lounging around poolside at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort.  I will say I wish the dress were a v-neckline since I have a smaller neck, it was a little tight in that area.

I can dress up this floral print dress in so many ways, like wearing sandals, heels, leggings, jean jacket, and floppy hat.

I adore this playful dress and can't wait to wear it out again when the weather starts warming up in Atlanta.  I'll definitely be adding more dresses from Sophie and Trey collection to my current wardrobe, especially since they offer discounts, sales and value deals on their already low prices.
