Hey Yall! Welcome to another edition of Spring Cleaning my Kitchen Cabinets. The products I'll be evaluating and showcasing here every Wednesday during spring are items I didn't get a chance to review yet and are worth being mentioned.
Remember a while back during the summer of 2017 I came down with a nasty cold and wanted to cure my sickness naturally with an oil diffuser?
I've been using my oil diffuser from artnaturals regularly to not only fight common colds but also freshen up the smell of my home, help to build up my energy and to unwind depending on what essential oil I use.
I'm in a three-story townhome so adding scents in every room used to consist of unnatural plug-ins I would get from Pier1 Imports until I discovered using oil diffusers. Lauren loves using my oil diffuser in the teen/guest room on the bottom floor, she fills up the diffuser with her favorite scents of essential oils, and I kid you not, the fragrance rises all the way to the top floor! I think Lauren overdoes it with the dosage of the oils, but it's not to the point it's overpowering unless we're in the teen/guest room along with the diffuser. But, that's the way she likes it. Me, on the other hand, I enjoy a light, soothing scent to help set the tone in the house.
Back in the fall, artnaturals sent me a new set of oils to try out. I didn't get a chance to use these until recently because I'm still enjoying the vast collection of oils they sent me over the summer. So y'all, make a note that using an oil diffuser can help save you money, just a few drops of oil is all you need with each use of the diffuser and can be used for many different reasons.

Jojoba Oil- The Jojoba Oil is not meant to be used in the oil diffuser, but it has multiple uses like for hair, skin, face, and lips. So far, I used it on my skin, and I like how fast absorbing it is and not sticky like some oils. I'll be mainly using the jojoba oil on trouble dry spots on my skin, also using it on Lauren to help fight her eczema flare-ups. Also, I would like to mention that this oil does not have a smell to it, so it'll blends well with any other skin or hair care products.
Signature Zen- This oil is a delightful blend of Lavender, Sweet Orange, and Rosemary. This trio of 100% natural essential oils is aimed to provide serenity and tranquility. Lavender helps to calm one's self, Sweet Orange will brighten the mood and lift spirits, and Rosemary helps stimulate the mind. Signature Zen is what I like to use during the day while the girls are at school and Mr. M is at work. Also, I like to use it to give myself a boost of energy thanks to the tangy sweetness scent.
Signature Chi- This oil is an enhancing blend of Fir Needle, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus. The trio is 100% pure essential oils as well that help uplift, invigorate, and inspire your mind, body, and soul. When I feel overwhelmed, restless, and need to calm myself, Signature Chi oil is what helps me to settle down. The aroma is a bit minty with a touch of earthy, so the oil helps promote good sleep, and reduces stress and anxiety.
