Smoothies have played a big part in my health journey. Mixing my favorite fruits and vegetables into a delicious smoothie helps me get the daily nutrients I need. Make sure to check out some of my at-home smoothie recipes.
Sometimes my life gets busy, and I don't have time to make my smoothies at home. So, while I'm on the run, I stop by my local Smoothie King to get one of theirs to fuel up.
I love Smoothie King because their smoothies are good for you, plus they taste good too. Using whole fruits and organic veggies, without added sugars, no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Plus, absolutely no syrups! I hate when I visit smoothie shops, and they use unreal ingredients.
I was recently invited to a Smoothie King media event in Chamblee, Georgia, to try out several different smoothie flavors new on the menu and for the summer. Check out below all the flavors I tried out.

- Peanut Power Plus Chocolate- This protein-rich Smoothie includes bananas, peanut butter, dates, nonfat milk, protein blend, and 100% cocoa. All of the flavors are well-balanced, so you can taste the chocolate, banana, and peanut butter equally.
- Gladiator Chocolate with Peanut Butter and Banana- This protein-rich Smoothie has over 45 grams of protein in 20oz to help you fuel up and recover faster. All of the flavors are well-balanced, so you taste all ingredients equally. Suppose you don't prefer chocolate or peanut butter. My favorite out of the bunch is the Lemon Ginger Spinach. It has that refreshing taste, with a smooth ginger flavor I enjoy. When I revisit Smoothie King, I'm going to have that smoothie flavor again.
