It felt great attending my auto group's meet-ups again. Lately, our meet-ups have been done on Zoom due to the pandemic, but it feels good to have some normalcy return.
This month's luncheon, which was at the beautiful Country Club of the South, was about getting to know about the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and reintroducing the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer.
I got an up-close look at the all-new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, one of Jeep's top premium full-size SUVs that, for the first time in history, offering 3rd row seating!
Did you know that Jeep is celebrating its 80th anniversary, with eight decades of adventure starting from its roots in World War ll with the 4x4 icon vehicle (The CJ)?
Yes, and Jeep is one of the first to create a luxury SUV, the 1963 Wagoneer.
Speaking of Wagoneer, do you know that it's making a comeback next year? Yep, after a 30-year hiatus, this American icon will continue its legacy being the premium vehicle that fans adore.
This premium American icon, the Wagoneer, with legendary capability courtesy of three available 4x4 systems, exceptional driving dynamics, powerful performance, including the best-in-class towing capability of up to 10,000 lbs., advanced technology, safety, and a new level of comfort for up to eight passengers – all wrapped in a sophisticated and authentic new design culminating in an undeniable presence.
I wish that the Wagoneer was available for me to check it out in person and get a chance to test drive it. Still, by the sounds of it, it's going to be a fantastic SUV, up there with the big boys like Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Suburban, and Toyota Land Cruiser.
The Grand Cherokee was available for a test drive, so Mr. M and I took it for a spin and enjoyed how smooth and spacious it is. The quilted leather seating makes the interior luxurious and relaxing. Soft like butter seats make you want to unwind, chill, and just drive to an unknown destination.
This car makes the perfect vehicle for adventurous families that likes to go on road trips.
During our short time with the Grand Cherokee, we noticed the McIntosh MX950 Entertainment System, a treat to the eyes and ears. A heavy-hitting sound system, crystal clear display give the car a premium feel.
The starting price of the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee is $48,525.
The starting price of the 2021 Jeep Wagoneer is $87,590.
Make sure to check out the other Jeeps I've shared about.
