I heard great things about this brand but didn't have a chance to try Urban Hydration products until recently.
Yes, I have mentioned this brand a couple of times on this blog due to raving reviews, and I thought they were worth noting, but I had to get my hands on these products and use them for myself to see if the high praises are true.
For about a week, I have been using Urban Hydration's Body Care products; their body wash, body lotion, and hand cream.
I wasn't surprised that I loved their body care line; it's just that I couldn't believe it took me so long to try them out!
First, the packaging is very eye-catching, with the bold print letting you know what the product is and its scent.
Packaging is the first thing that gets my attention when shopping in stores. If the package look doesn't jump out and grab my attention, I don't usually buy it.
When I like the package and consider buying it, I read the product and the results I would achieve using it. The ingredients are also essential; I don't want to use harsh chemicals.
Urban Hydrations passed the buy test since it's sulfate-free, silicone-free, paraffin-free, mineral-oil-free, and without other nasty ingredients! They even list all the harsh ingredients they do not use on their website, and you'll be shocked at reading the list; I never knew there were so many harmful ingredients being used in beauty products! But, of course, you should always read the ingredients and research what they are.

Urban Hydration Mango and Lime product line is full of antioxidants to help keep your skin nourished and looking its best. The potassium and vitamin E in mango hydrate, while lime helps with exfoliating and antiaging that protects from sun damage. Using these products will have your natural skin glowing.
Urban Hydration Rejuvenate and Nourish Mango and Lime Body Wash (Price $10.00): This body wash is a body breakout clearing wash that helps combat body acne.
As some of you know, I exercise regularly, so I may have a breakout on my body occasionally. So this body wash is right up my alley to use during my workout days.
You can use this body wash daily as well just that I prefer to use it on my workout days to give my skin that extra nourishment it needs.
The mango and lime scent is refreshing, giving the skin a hint of mango. Also, the body wash is a shower gel texture; however, the body wash doesn't create much suds as other gel body washes. But, it still gives you a rejuvenating clean with just a quarter size amount. All you need to do is wet your skin, squeeze a quarter-size amount in a sponge or washcloth, and gently wash your skin from head to toe.
After using the body wash, you'll notice how hydrated your skin is.

Cons:
- Not much suds
Urban Hydration Rejuvenate and Nourish Mango and Lime Body Lotion (Price $10.00): This body lotion is the perfect refresher for thirsty, dull, and tired skin. I like to use it daily since it deeply moisturizes my skin.
The texture of the lotion is creamy and doesn't leave your skin greasy or sticky. It keeps the skin hydrated all day without needing to reapply.
After my shower, I apply the lotion to my arms, legs, and feet, the parts of my body that tend to be the driest.
And just like the body wash, this lotion has a light mango scent.

Con:
- Nothing
Urban Hydration Mango and Lime Hand Cream (Price $7.00): This cream can be used for more than just your hands. Due to its thicker texture than the lotion, I like to use it on my driest spots, like the heels of my feet, elbows, and knees.
After using this hand cream, you'll notice a massive difference in your skin by how soft it is with incredible shine. And again, you'll love the hint of mango smell.
Although the hand cream may be thicker, it rubs into the skin very well.
The hand cream is perfect for travel since the tube is smaller than the lotion bottle.

Urban Hydration is now on my list of favorite body care products! After using these skin care products, I'm looking forward to using their hair care product line.
